TPM Intern (Technical Product Management Intern)

We’re looking for 9 TPM Interns (5 in TEAV role & 4 in CAD role)

TEAV role: Technical Elaboration and BOM creation (HPM/HPE)

CAD role: 1-1 drawing creation (HFD – Harness Formboard Design)

Objective of Job
▪ Internship to understand TPM responsibilities in 4 months / Support to create and manage simple production documentation

Principle Activities
▪ Support to prepare and manage simple master data lists
▪ Learn basic principles of production plans for modifications and rework
▪ Create documentation for basic production processes, including machine setting data in production plans
▪ Recognize improvement potential in existing production plans and cooperate in development of suggestions for production improvement
▪ Manage customer data / information in production documentation, taking into account applicable standards and production-technical aspects
▪ Include all descriptions from the customer and internal product improvement excluding avoidable production interruptions at DRX and customer
▪ Implement work sequences and operations according to instructions, taking into account known production processes and time data for variants of a product according to ergonomic, production-technical and economic knowledge with support of experienced Technical Engineers in the department
▪ Describe production processes, work operations, work sequences and equipment, if necessary implementing optimum batch sizes in cooperation with the involved department

Job requirements:
▪ Professional/graduate education: The final years student with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering and Management, Industrial and System Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Control Engineering and Automation, Or similar major with basic electrical harness knowledge and appropriate technical knowhow
▪ English Skill: English communication is required for the role (TOEIC 600+ or equivalent)
▪ Work Experiences: None
▪ Location: priority in Da Nang & Tam Ky/ Quang Nam
