Job summary:

For BIM Manager: The BIM (Building Information Modeling) Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation and management of BIM processes across various projects. This role involves working closely with project teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of BIM technologies and methodologies in project workflows. The BIM Manager is expected to set standards, provide training, and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects with efficient use of BIM.

For Interior Designer: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring that all designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet client needs. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other design professionals to achieve cohesive and well-executed results.

For 3D Artist: Visualize and render 3D perspective for projects. Set Camera, lighting, and materials settings from 3ds max. 3D rendering and rendering using Corona Render software based on input from the customer and the project leader for the most aesthetic final image. Complete assigned tasks on schedule and with the required quality.

Requirements:

For BIM Manager:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in BIM is a plus.

Minimum of 7 – 8 years of experience in BIM management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing BIM for architectural and interior design projects, ideally in the hospitality or resort sector.

Expertise in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other related tools.

Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, clash detection, and integration of architectural, interior design, and MEP models.

Experience with visualization tools and rendering software (such as Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray) to generate realistic renderings and walkthroughs.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Proficient in English.

For Interior Designer:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience as Interior Designer or similar role in the interior design industry.

Portfolio showcasing creative design concepts and visualizations.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

English skills is a plus

For 3D Artist:

Good use of 3D Smax, Corona, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketchup.

Good design sensibilities.

Minimum 4-5 year’s experience for a 3D rendering position.

Have a spirit of enthusiasm, dynamism and able to high work under pressure.
