Industrial Engineering – Manufacturing Planning

Objective of job:  

• Planning and realization of production processes for existing and new products

Principle activities

• Analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues in Production
• Provide fast and effective technical solutions to reduce downtime and improve product quality.
• Create line balancing.
• Perform time studies.
• Perform equipment capacity planning.
• Perform personnel capacity planning.
• Verify and correct bill of materials.
• Create, maintain and improve plant layout.
• Optimize material flow.
• Analyze and monitor production methods, as well as improving them.
• Create process specifications.
• Identify improvement potential in product and production processes.
• Implement released optimizations.
• Coordinate relevant plannings with other departments

Job requirements

• Specialized knowledge / education: Completed university degree in technical field
• Work experience Minimum 2 years of experience as Process Engineer / IE Engineer in electronics or automotive manufacturing.
• Qualification:

• Good English communication
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good at communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrates teamwork, proactivity, a service-oriented approach, a can-do attitude, a pursuit of perfection, realism, solution-focused thinking, and a commitment to self-improvement.
