Job Purpose / Area of Responsibilities :

• Realisation of the objective of starting up Konica Minolta Healthcare IT business in Vietnam.

• Support all service operations as an engineer to maintain branding

• Support for the installation of IT products and sales proposals.

Key Responsibilities and Activities Performance indicators

1. Support for PACS/IT Workstation products

• Software maintenance.

• Site survey, connection and verification of its products with those of other companies.

• Analysing and resolving issues.

• Briefing distributors and customers.

– Check progress and status

– Submit weekly report to review result and action plan from the following week with IT Manager.

2. Promotion support

• Support marketing event like seminar / workshop / exhibition and promote products.

– Prepare the document, explanation

– Install and prepare data for demo unit

3. Pre Sales Support

• Provide product training and sales kit materials (PPT, Video, White paper, etc) to distributors.

• Support distributors to understand customer needs, environment, workflow and limitation, and propose optimal products, configuration and solution to meet the customer needs.

• Support distributors to give presentation and demonstration of products to potential customers and explain about product feature, benefit and unique selling point compared with competitors.

• Support to make technical spec for products

– Submit weekly report to review result and action plan from the following week with IT Manager.

4. Post Sales Support

• Support distributors for project management of system implementation at customer site.

• Support distributors to define the optimal workflow and configuration based on customer needs and prepare all necessary components for installation.

• Support distributors to connect and integrate Konica Minolta Healthcare IT products with other vendor’s IT system and modalities at customer site.

• Provide technical and application training to distributors/customers

• Receive the call from distributors and support them to solve the problems for technical and application issues.

– Sharing of progress and materials prepared with distributors to the company.

– Are issues and solutions shared with the IT manager on a weekly basis.

5. Consolidation of requests from distributors and customers

• Investigating market changes

• Consolidation of current issues and study of solutions

Job requirements:

• BASE SKILLs: Good in Office Tool (Words, Excel, PPT), Good in Englishs, Communication (Vietnam, Japan, Thailand)

• REQUIRED SKILLS: Understanding customer requirements, Issues solving

• KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE

Healthcare experience required (3 years)

+ Have experience with using RIS-PACS system

+ Dicom knowledge, HL7 knowledge

Hardware, Software, network knowledge and experience: required (3 years)

+ Server hardware knowledge, NAS, SAN storage, RAID config

+ Hardware troubleshoot (spare part replacement, maintenance)

+ Virtual Machine (VMware, Hyper-V)

+ Network (LAN, TCP/IP, port forwarding, VLAN, firewall, routing, domain…)
